Criza financiara isi face simtita prezenta din ce in ce mai tare. Desi specialistii in HR sustin ca nu este o perioada favorabila schimbarii jobului, tot mai multi oameni isi reconsidera optiunile. Site-urile de joburi sunt asaltate zilnic de numerosi candidati. Printre ei se numara si o parte a angajatilor SMURD (Serviciul Mobil de Urgenta, Reanimare si Descarcerare).
